how do we check whether we can lead or not?? it's simple.. if u find urself hardly to fit with anyone in a group..then u must not lead..u have to learn to follow first..then until sometime u will realize it naturally that u r ready to lead a group of people..
when u r leading a group of people u must have a strong psychology..u must be ready to face with whatever the consequences that might come to u..especially when u r leading a group of people who are at the same level as u..they are very sensitive..they need u to respect them up to their level..meaning that u will have to treat them as ur friends..then be ready with disagreement..in working with people we cant avoid the differences in opinion..sometimes there are people who have problems in communicating their ideas during the brainstorming session..this people normally will be so quiet during the idea storming session but when the session has ended and the decision has been finalised.. they are the ones who always have issues concrning accepting others opinion.. and ego issues..the biasnesss the political group..
yup..thats true..people always like to think that they are smarter than the others..especially to a perfectionist..these perfectionist..they often forgotten that things will not always occur as what we planned..thus..most of the perfectionist..will end up feeling disapointed..a friend of mind did taught me about driving a car..when we want to drive a car..we may hope the road to be free from jam..but in reality..if it will happen..then it will happen..we cant abvoid uncertainty..it always will happen to us..that is why we must be an optimist.. i believe by being optimist..we will do our best to be the best!!
so I am calling us to change..change our attitude towards believing that a small change can lead to a bigger change..and a bigger change will someday make Malaysia a better place for our future generation..!
