chicken chop..


what is ur favourite food??me???i dont have any favourite food and drinks but normally i like to eat something that is not from my culture..for instance..last night i went to a small restaurant near my house..i ordered chicken chop..with a hope that i will discover something new...

to my surprise...it's a chicken chop in front of my eyes..and it looks delicious..i ate it and the taste too was a good one..so starting from that moment..i think i have fallen in love with the chicken chop and starting from that night every time i went to a new restaurant i will ask for a chicken chop...

the thing is ..which i consider the best part about eating and memorizing the taste of our favorite food..is when u enter few different restaurants and u ordered the same food but the exactly same food does not same in terms of their tastes..their looks..as well as their prices..

basically the price range from as low as RM 6.00 to RM 12.00 per meal..im not going to order if the price exceeding RM 12.. because to my standard chicken chop's price should be below or equivalent to RM 12..

so why is chicken chop needed for a discussion?? because i think..as an Asian..
we need to learn or explore the world through the foods..even though the food might be prepared by a local citizen but the origin of the recipes for that food comes not from the cooker him/herself...thus..more or less we got the chances to taste something that is new with our daily life...

here is the recipe:



Bahan-bahan ( 7 org makan )

* salut thigh join chicken tu dgn telur dan golek dlm bread crumb, goreng smp kekuningan atau smp ayam dah masak ok...
* Roux - ni untuk pekatkan kuah black pepper tu.. Ingredients: 3 sudu butter, 5-6 sudu tepung gandum
* Black Pepper Sauce ... Bawang besar - dicincang, Bawang putih - dicincang , Lada hitam - dikisar, Sos tiram, HP bbq sauce Honey, Kicap pekat - 2 sudu, Garam, 4 sudu ROUX, Air
* Sautee Vegetables... Carrot, Brocolli Air + Ketulan ais, Bawang besar - hiris Butter, Serbuk black pepper

Cara-cara

1. Roux - Cairkan butter, kacau cepat2 tepung gandum smp jd bergumpal..Siap...
2. Black Pepper Sauce 1. Tumis bahan cincang, masukkan lada hitam, sos tiram, bbq sauce dan honey..kacau smp masak. 2. Masukkan kicap pekat dan air. Biar didih.. 3. Masukkan ROUX dan kacau smp pekat..ikut la nak pekat camane ok...siap..
3. Sautee Vege 1. Celur sayur2 dlm lebih kurang 1 minit, tos dan cpt2 masukkan dlm air ais tu... 2. Tumis bawang dgn butter, masukkan sayur2, kacau cepat2, gaul dgn black pepper..siap..
