SINGAPORE – At the Nokia Connection event in Singapore today, Nokia introduced the Nokia N9, the first-ever pure touch smartphone that is all about making things simpler. Nokia N9 focuses on the most important things that people do: use apps, get notifications and switch between different activities. Navigating the UI is done with a simple gesture, a swipe of a finger.
The above are the pictures of Nokia N9, a Meego powered smartphone made by Nokia. The not so new Meego Ui is said to be the Upcoming platform for the Nokia N- Series phone..however...there are also rumors that said the N9 will be the one and only Meego powered device made by Nokia..so all these are not clear till now..but one thing i am pretty sure is if you are a Nokia loyalist that look for an alternative to android or ios..then N9 will be the phone for you.. Off course the features are up to date..the specs are not bad..but the only thing that will make people afraid of buying Nokia N9 is the uncertainty on the future of this platform..will it be the same as what happen to Nokia N900? Only time will tell.. I dont want to buy a phone with good potential OS but with no apps support..
But the browser shows big improvement over the Symbian browser.. and perhaps is the best according to the HTML 5 test.com..
SO at the end of the day.. everyone will justify it to themselves..so at the end of the day everyone will ask themselves a question... Is it worth to try it????
